Workshops and Digital Courses

Workshops and Digital Courses Under $397:
All sales are final. Due to the nature of these products and the immediate access provided, I do not offer refunds for workshops or digital courses priced under $397. -
Programs Over $397:
I offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for programs priced over $397. If, within 14 days of your purchase, you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact me at Shannon@Shannonwade.com to request a refund. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will only be honored within the 14-day period.
Coaching Sessions

Rescheduling Policy:
Coaching sessions can be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Sessions must be rescheduled within 60 days of the original appointment date. -
Refund Policy for Coaching Sessions:
Once a coaching session is rescheduled, it becomes nonrefundable after 60 days from the original appointment date. If the session is not used within this timeframe, it will be considered forfeited.
Additional Information

No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Refunds are not available for completed coaching sessions.
