All sales are final. Due to the nature of these products and the immediate access provided, I do not offer refunds for workshops or digital courses priced under $397.
Programs Over $397:
I offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for programs priced over $397. If, within 14 days of your purchase, you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact me at Shannon@Shannonwade.com to request a refund. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will only be honored within the 14-day period.

Rescheduling Policy:
Coaching sessions can be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Sessions must be rescheduled within 60 days of the original appointment date.
Refund Policy for Coaching Sessions:
Once a coaching session is rescheduled, it becomes nonrefundable after 60 days from the original appointment date. If the session is not used within this timeframe, it will be considered forfeited.

No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Refunds are not available for completed coaching sessions.
