I'M SHANNON
For years, I pushed through exhaustion, brain fog, weight gain, and stress while telling myself it was just part of getting older. I tried everything I was told would help, including prescription solutions, yet still felt frustrated, disconnected from my body, and without real answers.

That experience led me to leave the corporate world and become a certified holistic health coach specializing in perimenopause and menopause support. I learned that midlife symptoms aren’t a failure — they’re signals that the body needs a different kind of support, one that looks at hormones, stress, nutrition, and lifestyle together.

Now, I work one-to-one with women who are capable, driven, and tired of guessing. Through The Reset, I help you understand what’s happening in your body and create sustainable changes that fit real life — so you can feel confident, supported, and in control again.
