    Hello Hi, I’m Shannon — a certified integrative health coach and former corporate professional who’s been through the ups and downs of menopause myself. Now I help busy women find natural, effective relief from symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, and mood swings so they can feel like themselves again. You don’t have to power through this alone — I’m here to support you every step of the way. My Story What I found was the power of natural, holistic healing — and it completely changed my life. Outside of coaching, I’m embracing my role as an empty nester. Both of my amazing daughters are grown — one’s a social worker and the other is studying nursing. My husband and I love to travel (Cabo is a favorite!) and spend weekends camping in the beautiful Oregon outdoors. And then there’s Ruby, my treeing walker coonhound, who’s basically my third child and hiking buddy.
